This application form is for businesses that are ready to book and secure their space at GEMS Festival. If you have any questions before applying please email hello@gemsfestival.co.uk and we'll be ready to help.

As a small team, every application creates valuable administration time behind the scenes, so we'd really appreciate you only completing this form when you're ready to go ahead.
